[Resolved] Samsung Mobile (W 619) — Delay in Proper Service | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have purchased one mobile Samsung W-619 on 16.02.09 from S. H. Mumtazuddin Time ( P ) Ltd vide invoice no 56472 in the name of Ritesh Raman Sinha . I was facing problem with screen of mobile then i contacted Samsung Garia Center on 27.09.09 and they have given commitment that with this kind of problem we are changing mobile set or we will return full amount ... but it will take minimum 15 days ..then i deposited my mobile at garia service center and they have given me one receipt ( attached with this compalin ) .. then when i contacted after 15 days they told us that now the process is going on and because it will be replaced or money return it is taking time for approval and . I have called many times to Goria Service Center as well as Service Manager Mr Rahman who is taking care for that perticular region for my mobile ... but no satisfactory reply was received to me. I am contacting from last 45 days but still not satisfactory reply is got from any one ......... I have completed all the formalities within the time. Please take necessary action in the matter.
