Daer Sir/Madam I have purchase SAMSUNG SERIES-3 (25 inch) LCD T.V. on Jan-2010.within 8 months T.V is not working properly.This is very ridiculous.pls take action immediately.Do the need fuly. Two days later the TV conked off again and after that it has just been a series of calls to the technician with no solution.One cannot ever get through their toll free number which has a consistently playing tape that says that they are busy with other customers .
A Mr Imran with whom I have been speaking with intermittently categorically informed me that the monies paid for the parts will not be refunded.
let us all try and ensure that Samsung is not permitted to sell their TVs anymore in India . Renu Kapoor
