Samsung — new handset | |||
I HAD TAKEN A S 7562 DUOS SAMSUNG HANDS SET ON THE 26 TH OF JAN 2013 , BUT TILL DATE I AM FACING A PROBLEM WITH THIS HANDSET AD ITS HARDLY 15 TO 20 DAYS OLD THE TOP DISPLAY SCREEN HAS A GREEN LINE WHENEVER I MAKE A AND THE PHONE GETS HANGED AND THE DISPLAY GOES OFF EVEN I CANT DOWNLOAD ANY PICTURES OR MOVIES TO THE PC EVEN AFTER INSTALLING ALL THE REQUIRED DRIVERS ON MY PC , AND I HAVE VISITED THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER TWO TIMES BUT ONCE THEY UPDATED IT AND SECONDLY NOTHING WAS DONE NOW MY CONCERN IT WILL I GET A NEW PIECE FROM SAMSUNG OR WHT IS THE OTHER SOLUTION FOR THIS OR DO I NEED TO GIVE THIS IN THE MEDIA AS ITS A COSTLY HANDSET AND I WANT U TO HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST AS ITS UNDER WARRANTY , i want a replacement frm Samsung as now its confirmed that the handset is having some problem and Samsung is not giving me a replacement so how do i go about this now pls reply Was this information helpful? | |||
