I am facing a problem Samsung and the Dealer(Adishwar Electronics, Kharkhana, Secunderabad) together. We have Brought a Samsung LED TV on 23rd October 2011 with which we should be getting a Samsung Blu-ray DVD free. We did not get the blu-ray DVD till date. I had contacted the dealer every month and everytime he says that they did not get it from Samsung. Then, i contacted samsung customer care and told my problems. The Sales manager had a conference call with me and a dealer and said that they are importing it from Korea in the month of January and will be available to me in January end or February 1st Week of 2012. When i contacted the dealer yesterday, he told me that since samsung has not sent it i will replace it with Phillips Blu-Ray DVD Player which has lower features.(Why should i compromise on product?). I had also contacted the Samsung customer care on this issue today. The floor Supervisor told me she will be contacting me in half an hour and its 4 hours and no reply at all. I again called the Customer care and now was transferred to another lady called Devi and have got no result. When ever i contact the customer care they ask me only one question "What is the problem?" and i need to explain my problem how many ever times they ask and still not get the solutions till now.
