Complaint Details : Dear Sir, I have purchased the Samsung 393 Litres RT39FAJTASP/TL Frost Free Refrigerator (Platinum) from Care Office Equipment Ltd, Gandhinagar Sakhrej Highway, Ahmedabad.gujarat. on dated 4/10/2013, as per sales manager commitment there is a seven container box pack free scheme from samsung co.with said refregerator, we have prchased the said refregerator on 4/10/2013 but neither till date we have received the said gift nor the satisfactorily reply when said gift will deliever to us? this is totally unfair, unprofessional attitude from care’s personel, after 10 days yet we didn’t get the gift.pl do the need ful.
