Samsung — not any response from samsung

sir , I have purchased a Samsung laptop 300E5X-S01 on 22-dec-2012. I have also submit the form for additional warranty at website http://www.samsung.com/in/laptop-warranty/ , but there is no written proof / document is sent to me, I also call customer care but they didn't given any positive answer ref. no. [protected]. so kindly satisfy me by telling the status of additional warranty of my laptop.
