[Resolved]  Samsung — phone not charge

I am Harvinder Singh my phone model no. E2132 buy on 18/03/2012. my phone probelam last 3 to 4 month in not charging store . service center ask me phone need services so done & tow time ask lose cantion in charging jack & today ask battery falty & need replac. I am employ of service line my phone switch off so many loss of communication my customer.i not come again to again services center . my phone under warranty. plz give me solution my mistack buy sumung product my mobile no.
