[Resolved] Samsung — Quality of the Product | |||
We got a SAMSUNG 46 inch 3D LED TV in Jan 2012 from Dubai - Model Code : UA46D6000SNXZN, Version No : HQ06, S/N:ZU5Q3MSBC00010N. Since Saturday we see horizontal lines in the TV screen. We logged a Service request by calling the customer care number and the SR no is [protected]. Yesterday afternoon I got a call from one of the service executive and he claims that he will charge Rs5000 + Tax for visiting the place and checking the TV and for any spare change, it will be charged extra. We want to know that even after spending nearly Rupees one Lakh for the branded TV, should we pay more again in less than 1.5 years to a tune of Rs5000 just for inspections charges and also more for the repair.
