[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — Frequent gas refilling required

I bought a samsung refrigirator an year ago exactly and for the second time we are calling the samsung customer care persons to come and refill the gas.
Just after 6 months from the date of purchase, a person had come and refilled the gas.
Today the same issue has again cropped up. And the customer care person says that since the warranty period is done, we need to pay for the gas filling.
And also no one from Samsung is ready to assure in written that this problem will not crop up in thenext 4-5 months again.
Should we be paying the Samsung people for no reason this way?
Good and innovative idea of business in recission!
