[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator — burning

i m umakant my address is h.no1216 sec 19 faridabad i have purchaced samsung refrigeter 18 months ago mayur electronic sec 21c faridabad suddenly some problems are created in my product yesterday ur service engineer checked our problem after that he had nothing reply and close my entry i want to know wat is finally prob
this time i feel very bad from ur servicing and product also so i request to u plz plz plz sout oyt my problem after that i have no purchased any samsung product plz mind it ...............

A Refrigerator “Samsung make” was purchased in the year 2004. A lot of problems are being arised & routinely it was found breakdown since beginning. Presently it’s has no cooling effect since one year back. Many times complaint has been lodged at local service centre, Renukoot (UP) but no once attend the complaint.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter seriously and get it repaired on Top Priority in favour of your esteemed organization. The details are as under:-

I Purchase this Modal RT23M this is a tecnicaly defective modal i purchase is in 9 April 2009, and we use and found that some problem in it cooling vegitable jaldi hi kharab ho jati hi or vegitable me baraf jam jati hi ...
i purchase same model and i agree that this model have some tecnical problem
