Samsung/Refrigerator — REFRIGERATOR
Purchased refrigerator in 2006, icemaker failed one time. 2009, July refrigerator failed, no ice, called repair man and he replace the fan, still didn't work, he then ordered the circuit board that controls temps. he came back and gave me my money back and said he couldn, t fix it. respectedsir,i had purchased a refrigerator from the SAMSUNG DIGITAL PLAZA,M/S ELEKTROKRAFT.27A,MCHAEL JOHN TOWER,K.ROAD.BISTUPUR,JAMSHEDPUR-831001.PHONE[protected].as i have lodged a complaint for the repair of my fridge,the service authorities from the SAMSUNG had come for the repair and said that the fridge has to be replaced immedeately but there was no response after that,please help me.
samsung refrigerators — Door replacemenet
I have complained before 1 month ago in samsung company for replacing a damaged door and also they were checked and gave surity to replace the door on date of 25th december,2009 but still they didnt change door of refrigator. Dear Sirs,
I Ruby Arora launched a complaint for my Samsung make double door refrigerator on 18th of January 2010 but today as on 27th of January my complaint has not been attended. I was given the complaint number [protected] and thereafter I have made numerous calls but all in vain. I am really amazed that such a big company like Samsung is inefficient in attending a small complaint, so it should close down all its call centres and service centres. Following is the list of the calls made to the company during this period.
1.18th January 9:45 am – first complaint for some problem in refrigerator
2.19th January 11:21 am
3.19th January 5:12 pm
4.21st January 3:44 pm – engineer's call but I told him that he should come in evening
at around 6:00pm
5.22nd January 4:22 pm
6.22nd January 6:01 pm
7.24th January 10:19 am
8.25th January 2:11 pm
9.25th January 4:58 pm
10.25th January 5:35 pm
11.27th January 12:08 pm
So I made 10 calls and there was only 1 response from the end of Samsung. If the company is unable to attend the complaint it should refuse at the very first instance.
I would never suggest anybody and would myself never buy a Samsung product as its after sales service is of a very bad.

Samsung Refrigerator — refrigerator
Dear Sir,We have purchased a Samsung refrigerator from Megahertz Technologies cc-10 faizabad road Lucknow, Model No. RT280 Make. Samsung Sl. No. 03734AQ401320L Dt. 15-05-08 Valued Rs 14310/=. It faulted
3 months earlier i.e. fridge was not cooling/freezing.
A complaint was lodged dated 27 feb 2010 and repair was done on[protected]. After repair only cold water supply was restored vide enclosed voucher nos. 2303 valued 815/= component replaced (DA 31-113P) with labour charge. 2nd complaint lodged for the same fault in April 2010, repair was done on[protected] and after repair only cold water supply restored vide voucher nos. 179 valued 815/= again component replaced (DA 31-113P) with labour charge. Again 3rd complaint lodged for the same fault on[protected] complaint nos. [protected] and this time also only cold water, freezing was not restored,and repair charge was not taken.
And this time when complaint nos. [protected] date[protected] lodged nobody turned up to check the fault. I reminded so many times but
every time I was told Sr. Engineer is being deputed to look the matter but no body turned up to date. Consequently refrigerator stands unused.
Now I am bound to file a suit in consumer court to claim damages on account of haraissment caused by your company and this matter would also be given to credited news papers for the public knowledge about your product service.
Still I hope you will hear the grievance and will do the needful within 10 days.

SAMSUNG FFRIDGE — Replacement of the Fridge
Purchsed fridge from the Samsung dealer in 2nd week of July .the picece was having moulding defect.Returned back to dealer and paid extra money for getting other colour of the available piece .The fridge could not be levelled as the base wheel of the fridge was damged resulted in jerks to the door every time the door is opened .The service engineer visited after 7 days of the complaint and that too after lot of hot discussions with dealer .
The service engineer reported for replacement.Till date after follow up, the replacement is yet to be effected.On complaining to customer care says contact dealer and vice versa OR 2marrow you will be contacted with latest but all is in vain. No communication by mial nor by telephone.
