Samsung Refrigerator — NON attending complaint for last one month
SirI have registered my complaint on Nov 16 under BP NO. [protected] for non working of my fridge. I have contacted the company through call centre many times every times assurance given that engineer would visit to today. but till now no visit has been taken place.Service and product quality of the samsung india is very poor. No body cares for the customer. I have today discussed the matter with senior executive but no proper response from him.
Samsung — Over cooling
I had bought a samsung refrigerator RT25M before 3 or 4 years ... but we are not satisfied with it coz we get all the vegetables and fruits freezed after only 2 or 3 dayz itz very serious problem because we can't use these veg. after 2 dayz ... dear sir,i purchased a side by side fridge from samsung on the 9th of august 2009..the whole year the fridge gave me a lot of trouble. since it was in warranty period the eight complaints i made were free of cost. it was reassured to me that i would get a claim for the fridge.i am still waiting for a claim,it is two years since i bought the fridge.the fridge stopped working since 25th march,2011 .no one has bothered to call from the service center.i hope you can help me .

Samsung Refrigerator — upper part overcooling bottom cabin no cooling at all
Sirswe bought samsung refrigerator 24 months ago, from the day we are experiencing all sorts of
inconveniences with this fridge, we have made more than 12 complaints during first 12 months
