[Resolved] Samsung / Refrigerator — Customer Service | |||
We bought our refrigerator from Samsung in June 2010. Though it is a frost free refrigerator we are facing a lot of problem with ice formation in the freezer since May 2011. It was within the one year warranty period, so we lodged a complaint with the company service center. since two months the complaint still remains unresolved. Every time the company sends new person to have the problem fixed. Every executive of the company gives us a different reason for the problem and asks us to change some part or the other which we have been following. But after the entire exercise the problem still persists. My family members have been calling them religiously everyday but their response is deteriorating. In the recent past they are assuring us to send a company representative but no one shows up. if we call one executive named Rajkumar(mob number:[protected]) who had attended to our complaint for a week earleir, he says that his area of work has changed so we need to go back through the entire exercise again. I am a doctor by profession and I am unable to give so much time to such irresponsible company service centers. I am taken a back by an international company like Samsung having such manner less and non-committed service executives. I am frustrated and I had no choice than to write in this forum with a hope that my problem my get resolved. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Now the Refrigerator is held up i.e. The Refrigarator Taking More Voltage & Not Functioning the Cooling Process. This Complaint already registered at Customer Care and they give a Reference Code : [protected] on dt. 14.12.2013, they also told me that the Representative will attend upto 8'O Clock today knight. But till time they have not attend and not responds from Sansung Customer Care.
Now, I have contact with Customer Care of Sansung then they told that my house is far from the city area. So, the representative has not come and they also told that the representative will attend the case within 7 days of time because my house is far from the city.
So, I want to know that The SAMSUNG product is only for the CITY AREA People or for all? If the above mentioned problems will face then why the outside city customer will purchase your product?
Actually the reason is not wright. I think this types problems facing many people in our country as such mine.
Kindly solve the problems from company"s end otherwise your product will go down as per Sales with the others.
