[Resolved]  Samsung Refrigerator Model Sr - S20ntd — No show for servicing complaint for over 2 months now

i am extremely disappointed with the customer service of Samsung. I am an owner of a Samsung side by side refrigerator for over 6 years now. The model is SR-S20NTD with serial no 719943CW800095. Over the last year or so I have been having problems of cooling in the refrigerator especially in summer when the cooling indicator goes upto 25 degrees!! The last time I made a complaint a few months ago, an engineer had visited the place and did some repairs to set it right. However, he confirmed that he will come back with the display panel which apparently was repaired. He never turned up after that. Recently I had the same issue of non cooling and hence made a complaint on 23rd June 2010 (complaint no [protected]) and till today 27th July 2010 no one has called or visited my house to check and repair the same. I have followed up by calling at least three times since then with the same response that someone will visit within 24 hours...! many 24 hours have gone by and no one has even turned up for this. I also provided a written complaint in Samsung's website and all i got was a response on 5th July that they will look into the complaint but nothing has been resolved till date. I am sure you will admint that this is pathetic customer service and failure to keep up the promise made to me on the phone. incidentally I have recordings of my complaints and the promises made.
