Samsung Refrigerator — refrigerator is not working after the purchase of two days | |||
Dear Sir I bought one Refrigerator 190L , Model No- RA-19AFES3 dated 26th Mar 2012 from Dawar's Kitchen Mart( Samsung Authorised Dealer). But after 2 Days its not working, Samsung Engineer visited at my place and find there is no gas, and the concern person is saying to fill the gas , but I want replacement, concerned engineer talked with service centre & assure me that you will get new refrigerator within 2 Days & he has taken My bill copy, ID proof & photo for the same ,. I called to customer care 10 times ,every time getting reply that i am arranging call with service centre but as of now i am not getting any call from Service centre finally I called to One Service centre Guy, he is telling you will get replacement after 15 days or a month.but I am not satisfied with all the concern person because they are waisting my time. Please help me to get new refrigerator ASAP or refund my amount. For this kind help I will be obliged .
