[Resolved] Samsung Refrigerator — Replacement and poor service | |||
Hi i purchased Samsung Double door refrigerator RT28 HCLS on 10 JAN 2012 after receiving the product within 15 days it was started to give the problem of not giving cooling and making a loud noise i placed a complain with dealer and Samsung. Their engineer come next day but that day cooling start working automatically but i was cooling too much cooling that all the things were getting freeze in and outside freezer too. Samsung engineer just repair the temperature knob and went. After that fridge work well for more 18 days and again i face the same problem and fridge was not giving cooling at all again i call Samsung customer care and their engineer check the fridge next day but he didn't done anything only told to keep the fridge off for a day so that he will check next day and went. When he came next day he check fridge and said there are some parts which having a problem and need to be replaced. I asked for replacement of fridge but he said it is not possible, so i spoke with the customer care and get in touch with Samsung service manager who told me that they will repair the fridge and it will not be get replaced and told me to that do whatever u want to do or speak to anyone but we are not going to replace the fridge it was a such a rude behavior and argumentation from them. He said they only provide warranty not guarantee on their products. Samsung after sales service is so pathetic i will like to say u all don't go for Samsung products i[censored] get a problem with samsung product after purchasing, it will be the most hectic and pathetic procedure to get ur product repair or replaced. thiscomlaint is regarding poor service and afalce feed back to the comppny by the service centerMy samsung fridge was out of order and was not woorking i made a complaint ref no[protected] dated 26/11/09 company rep came the very next day and told that the machine will go to work shop for repair inirply i okayed but nobody came even after 7 days and inspite of my repeateded calls to the call center..
The most sur prising thingis this that i recieved I recieved a message on my mobile on03/12/09 that your call has been cancelled becuase i did not aproved the cost of repairing which is completly false.
I HAD HIGH IMMAGE ABOUT THIS SAMSUNG CO AND WAS USING MST OF THE THINGS OF THIS CO. I WAS GOING TO BY TWO LCD TV OF THIS CO THE PRICE WAS ALSO SETTLED WITH REFRICO CANT ROAD LKO. BUT NOW WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE I AM SORRY I WILL LOOK FOR LG OR SONY.
