Samsung S3770 — outgoing call disturbed | |||
I purchased a mobile phone samsung 3770 from Arun Electrnic shop no 156 Karol bagh Delhi 5 dated Dec24 2011.I found out going call was not clear,itwas breaking.I showed this phone to Samsung service centre near jhandewane Delhi.They said this defect is irrepairable.Then i showed it to another service centre located at Roop Nagar Delhi.They said its software needs to be changed.Already one month has passed they have put no efforts .I am highly disturbed by buying this phone . I want you to immediately change the device as soon as possible.
