[Resolved]  Samsung Service Center — poor service

Dear sir,

My name vinoth from pondicherry, i am having samsung mobile, in my mobile having charging problem so i given to service center at SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE near bus stand, pondicherry, Given date : 4.1.2012, Given name : dilipan they told we have to send to chennai to upload software, they had taken time 10 days, Now i am having USB connect problem, i am not satisfied with SRI PADMA CUSTOMER CARE, So i given the set to another samsung service center, NAMO TECH SOLUTIONS, M.G.ROAD PONDICHERRY. Given date : 11.2.2012 Bill no : [protected],
they are telling Ur set was tampered 3rd party attended, so it will come in charges basis only. But i Given in SAMSUNG AUSTHORISED SERVICE CENTER. i am totally disappointed, they are telling ur set was tampered, i need replacement. PURCHASE DATE : 10.11.2011, MOBILE NO : [protected].

Company Name: CELL SOLUTION, Samsung Service Center in Domulur, Bangalore.

I bought a Samsung S8003 mobile on 1st of Jan 2010. After one week i had constant reboot of my mobile without any user interaction. So i approached the CELL SOLUTION, Samsung Service Center in Domulur, Bangalore. They said its because of software and promised me to get the software reinstalled/upgrated in a day. But after one day, when i contacted them, they said they were not able to solve the problem and had sent it to Head Office. So it will be ready after one more day. Next day when i called them, they said even the Head Office was not able to solve the issue and they need two more days to get it done from a bigger Head Office. Disappointed by the responses that they gave, i preferred to get back my mobile and get it done from other service center. When i got the mobile back after 2 full days, i only saw the mobile in the same old state as i gave it to them. Not even a "reset setting" was done. Not even the personal setting had any change. So they had kept the mobile with them untouched for 2 days and without any proper customer response.

Kindly upload on this same page the action taken towards the above mentioned complaints, by the company. Since Actions speak louder than Words, let us see what you did about these issues . Please assure us that your company is not just hollow promises . I am currently using a Samsung phone and it is giving me some problems. I am planning to buy a Samsung tab now. But I am not sure now if going for Samsung is a good idea.

I have logged a complaint regarding my washing machine on 20/04/2015 with the complaint number [protected] and have waited two days for a response from a technical person, after repeated calls finally Samsung representative visited my home and inspected the machine on 23/04/2015. They have informed me that the problem was with the drum shaft and need to take to service centre for further service and they have checked the availability of the parts at Calicut service center (Run service Info Care Calicut ) and confirmed that the part is available including drum shaft and drum. So I brought the machine to service center on 24/04/2015 at 09.45 am, after noon I went there to take back my machine, at that time they informed me that the part that they have arranged is of different model, which I consider as a negligence from the service center and they assured they will arrange that part within two days from the company.After repeated enquiry, I have not received any positive feed back from the service centre. Finally I have got a call from chennai on 02/05/2015 from a number [protected] and informed me that they have despatched the drum from chennai 4 days before. Yesterday, 04/05/2015, I contacted the service center and they told me that the parts are not despatched yet. So kindly give me a solution for this as my parents are aged and can not be able to wash clothes without the help of a washing machine. I cannot wait too long to get that machine serviced, if it takes too much time to service that machine, please let me inform so that I can purchase another machine. If that is the case, I am sorry to say that I am totally unsatisfied with your company's response and may be you should look into this matter seriously for you to avoid the company's market value.
