Samsung Service Station At Nagpur - Connexions — Mobile phone not repaired from 1 month

I had given my Samsung Monte for repair as it was getting restarted automatically. The service station says that they will change the PCB of the phone. But its over a month now and I am not getting any kind of positive response from them. This is not at all feasible and tolerable.
