FIRST COMPLAINT LODGED FOR REMOTE NOT WORKING WAS REFUSED BY YOUR AUTH DEALER IN AIROLI NAVI MUMBAI . DEALER SAID THAT THE GUARANTEE IS ONLY FOR FIRST THREE MONTHS AND ASKED RS.1000/- FOR NEW ONE, WHICH I REFUSED TO PAY. SECONDLY NOT BOTHERED FOR 3 ANNUAL FREE SERVICE. I HAD TO REQUEST TO DO YOUR JOB OF FREE 3 ANNUAL SERVICE. OUT OF WHICH ONLY ONE THEY HAVE DONE SO FAR. NOW THIS SEPTEMBER 2008 IS THE LAST MONTH OF GUARANTEE PERIOD.TODAY ALSO I CALLED UP SAMSUNG AUTH SERVICE CENTER BUT NO RESPONSE. THIS IS HOW, ONCE THE PRODUCT IS SOLD THE SAMSUNG COMPANY NOR THEIR APPOINTED PET DEALER IS BOTHERED TO GIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE. ONLY AFTER GUARANTEE PERIOD IS OVER THAN THEY WILL CHARGE HEFTY MONEY FOR VISIT AND SERVICE. PLEASE LOOK INTO IT. Was this information helpful? | |
