[Resolved]  Samsung — String Failure of TV

This is to state that, I had purchased a Samsung LED TV the details of which are furnished below, from Tecnocity Kolkata.:-

On the purchase I was informed that I was the second owner to buy this model from East zone(Kolkata).
A few days back my TV set fell from its hang position first on my TV Cabinet hence damaging the same and then on the floor and got damaged. The reason appears to be some string arrangement failure on the back of the TV. A few pictures are also attached for your perusal.
You are requested to look into the problem at the earliest and give a proper solution either by repairing it or by replacing it.
