[Resolved] Samsung Syncmaster 732n Plus — Delay In Rendering Service By Samsung | |||
I have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR (MODEL NO. SyncMaster 732N/932NW) and serial number PE17HHGP901138J and model code LS17PEASFMXTP on 16.12.2007 from GHG Softech Ltd, E-Mall Shoppe, Shop No. 14, 6, C.R. Avenue, Kolkata 700072. The same monitor went out of order on 19.08.2010, and I lodged a complaint on 20.08.2010 with their toll free phone, which was registered vide no. [protected] as confirmed by the sms sent on the same date at 13.19 hrs. But till date (27.08.2010) company could not redressed the complain and not even inform when the service will be rendered to rectify the problem in the monitor.
