hii my name is ganasen.k ex-army. . i am living in villivakkam chennai-49 and my contact number is [protected].. my samsung tv was subjected towards the display probelms and also poor working of tv buttons..so i feel very hard to work it..so i made a complaint to samsung customer care services on jan 3,2013 at 10am..they responded that they would solve my problem within 8pm of the same day..but upto now they didnt came to my place to solve my problem..they keep on postponding time while everytime i called later..the number of that agent is [protected]..they are wrost with handling customers and giving response towards me..so i request you all please don't buy any of the samsung product and don't feel like me in future!!
