[Resolved] Samsung Tv Ultra Slim — Bad quality of Remote | |
i purchased a ultra stlim color tv form dealer. after 2 or 3 months it's remote was not working properly then i have changed my remote. again the new remote is also creating some trouble. i have also changed the battery two or three times. so in my opinion the samsung company is a third class compancy and it's products are also so bad. so i requested to all the people don't chose the samsung if they wish to buy some good product Was this information helpful? | |

Sorry boss I have been using Samsung products - Micro Oven (4 yrs), Refrigerator (3 yrs), Mobile (1 yr) and till date they are working fine.
I totally disagree with your comments that Samsung company is not good. Infact I am planning to buy LCD Tv from Samsung.

Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer named Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He didn't check the product and assured me this is Samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDs
I went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he didn't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Canter. At Service Canter there was no any service engineer available. However they helped me to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They can call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this is bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase Samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service centre is working as collection centre. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.

my samsung tv remote does not work sometimes. Its strange, may be there is a cut out feature in samsung tv on high voltage. I have changed the remote batteries many times. But some it does not work and sometimes work perfectly.. Please let me know if anybody faces same issue with samsung tv ultraslim model
