[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — non delivery of product | |
I had purchased a washing machine on 3rd Jan2008 from Reliance Digital Gurgaon and was assured delivery of the same on 4th jan2008. i was called by Reliance Digital oficers on 4th and assured delivery of the product by 4.30pm only after calling their helpline no.. Till the time I am writing this complain at 5.15pm on 5th Jan09 there has been no call made to me for delivery confirmation. I think that Reliance Digital staff are playing around and taking their own sweet time inspite of taking the full payment. Would request the Furum to take this matter and help me compensate for the delay/service deficiency on the part of Reliance Digital. I am thinking of cancelling the order today.
