[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine — WORST PRODUCT and WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE | |||
I bought Samsung Washing machine on[protected]. Demo person came on 26th July to show the demo. During the demo section the representative was not clear and he was not patient enough to explain things. After that I didn't have chance o[censored]sing my washing machine since I was not in the station. Yesterday ( 21/08/2010 ) I turned on my washing machine and found that it is not working. I called thrice the customer care and the customer care executives are not polite and not ready to give the answers patiently. I asked for the technician visit and got the complaint number as BP No : [protected] .The customer care executive promised that I will be receiving call from the service division before 8.30 P.M. I got the same answer when i called thrice. But i didn't receive any call from anywhere. I again called today ( 22/08/2010 ) to find out the status. Another agent said that due to sunday service division is closed and said that they will come on next day. This can't be acceptable. It's totally ridiculous. Overall I had a very bad experience from Samsung. Same will be posted in the consumer complaints website. This will be posted in all major blogsters until my issue is resolved.
