Samsung / Washing Machine — Installation Not Done | |||
My Self Purchase a washing machine on 12 April 2011 and same has been register to company for installation and demostration on 12th April 2011 and callcenter of samsung had given me id number [protected] on the same day and said me the process will complete on the same day but it was not relsove on same day after a day pass again i call up cust care but the same answer was given to me and today on 17th April still i am wating for the same but i am unable to contact the cust care it very embarasing me i feel that i should return the product to the company again if the service for the product is like this i am not able to trust the company for futhure hope this time some person will take instative to collect the product from my home to submit it to the company again Was this information helpful? | |||
