[Resolved] Samsung Washing Machine Wt7600 — Customer support and parts not available | |
I have got WT7600 washing machine which i bought 5-6 years back. I am contacting samsung store in Chandigarh[protected] for last one month for replacing filter. On every call they say, you have an old model, we don't have parts in stock, It will take 2-3 days. Does this mean one has to replace any Samsung product in a gap of 4-6 years? Even though I am very happy with the product, parts availability is raising questions in selecting Samsung for my future requirements. Was this information helpful? | |

Now a days it seems company's are only interested in selling. Customers are forced to replace products for parts which may cost very little.

I purchased Samsung Washing Machine Karisma in the year 2001. Recently the machine has gone out of order. Thereafter service engineer inspect the machine and told me that Cpacater of the machine has got damaged and needs to be replaced. I went to customer care of samsung in shimla and handover the said capacater to him on 19.01.2009. The concerned customer care service in Shimla told me that the said parts to be ordered, as the said part is not available with us. Sir 15 days almost passed but, no action has been taken by the said customer care service.Therefore you are requested to direct the samsung coustomer service in Shimla to lookinto the matter and repeir may washing machine immediately to avoid any inconvenience.
