Dear Sir,
I bought Samsung Mobile phone model : Wave 5253 with 2 years extended warranty from CROMA, Canuaght Place Delhi (Invoice No. SLF02A[protected] on 02 Oct 2011.
In May 2012, we faced mobile charging problem which was rectified by Samsung via. Croma , Del Odeon, New Delhi.
In July 2012 the mobile was unable to communicate, we went to Croma, Rajouri Garden, the mobile problems were partly rectified. We again deposited the mobile phone to Croma, Rajouri garden on 13 August 2012 and till date whenever we went to collect the phone, they tried to return the mobile with same problem. They dont even checked the phone at their end and the Customer care lady talks with irresponsibility.
We request you to kindly register the case and help us by sorting out the issue.
