[Resolved]  Samsung — Defective Samsung Chat phone

I had purchased Samsung Chat 3222 model (IMEI no. [protected]) on the 11th of January 2011. It is the worst phone i have ever used. It restarts and shuts down on its own. Whenever i select a contact and try to call, it restarts. Very annoying and irritating handset. I would like Samsung to replace the set and provide me a new set as it is totally defective set.
