[Resolved] Samsung / Window Ac — The AC is making too much noise | |
Dear Sir/Ma'am, I had bought a window AC in May 2007. After servicing it this year, the AC has started making too much noise. I have asked the Samsung Customer Care to send some engineer to look in the matter. Its been a week since then. Even after repeated reminders nobody has turned up till now. Samsung Window AC — NOISY AC
ear sir,I am an old customer of Samsung, have purchased lot of appliances of the company.
I had bought a one ton window AC from your dealer Amba Cool Pvt Ltd in Hari Ngr, New Delhi on the 23rd March 2008
Right from the day the AC was installed it is making noise when switched on which becomes unbearable . About three times Samsung service man has visited and done some packing work to reduce the noise level.But the noise refuses to go. The noise is so unbearable that we have to ultimately switch off the AC to be in peace.We have not been able to use the AC just because of the
unbearable noise it makes while running.
I think we have wasted our hard earned money in buying this AC .
Please replace the AC unit with a New one .
