[Resolved]  Samsung / Window Ac — AC non functional within 1.5yrs of purchase

I would like to bring to your notice that i had bought a Samsung Window AC on 10th April 2008 from CROMA Electronics store in Malad west, Mumbai. AC came with 1yr Company warranty and i had bought 2yr extended warranty from Croma.

In FEB/March 2009, the AC was sent to service center as there was GAS Leak reported. The same was repaired.

In June 2009, ONCE Again GAS Leak was reported. AC was again taken to service center and repaired but this time charged as the same was out of warranty.

In Sept 2009, AGAIN Gas Leak is reported. This time the service center reported below mentioned abnormalcy -
a) Gas Leak
b) Damaged Condensor Coil
c) Damaged Cooling Coil.....

Then i contacted CROMA in conjunction with Extended Warranty for the AC. Their Engineer saw the machine and also reported that Compressor is also not working.

Samsung denied providing Condensor to Croma as the same is under warranty for 5 yrs.

I then approached Samsung and logged a complaint for Compressor problem however they are not attending to the call as they say that the AC will either be fully repaired by us or we will not even do Compressor....
I have been just wondering what to do now as there is NO help either from SAMSUNG or from CROMA....
