I registered one complain regarding non functioning of my ac properly on 6th of Sep.2011 and since then almost calling every day to customer care but sorry to say no body has attended the problem till now.
the complain no. given to me by DELHI SAMSUNG customer care is [protected],hope some body will attend the problem soon....

This is in reference to Samsung Window AC purchased by me on 27-03-10. I am getting repeated problem in my AC. Two months back My Compressor has been changed in new AC and now from 10th August very high Noise is coming in my AC for which I am regularly following up from customer care number and service engineer.
On 12th August person from Mohali customer care repaired my AC but again on next day same problem...

I would like to bring to your notice that i had bought a Samsung Window AC on 10th April 2008 from CROMA Electronics store in Malad west, Mumbai. AC came with 1yr Company warranty and i had bought 2yr extended warranty from Croma.

In FEB/March 2009, the AC was sent to service center as there was GAS Leak reported. The same was repaired.

In June 2009, ONCE Again GAS Leak was reported. AC was again taken to service...

I had bought a window AC in May 2007. After servicing it this year, the AC has started making too much noise. I have asked the Samsung Customer Care to send some engineer to look in the matter.
