Samsung Window Air Conditioner — compressor failure after 3 months

we have purchased a window ac from ur authorised showroom of DEE KAY ELECTRONICS at MODEL TOWN, LUDHIANA on april 24, 2008 and paid RS.13000/- CASH.our ac is not working from JULY 29, 2008. we have complained for the same many times after the visit o[censored]r technical eng. he has told us dat compressor has damaged nd it will be replaced on monday i.e. on aug11, 2008.but till time inspite of many reminders no one has come to replace it. we are suffering from humid atmosphere though we have spend the money for some relief from bad weather.
sir, we are not satisfied with ur quality of product and customer services. both are 0.u are unnecessarily giving so much of ads to promote ur zero value product to make fool to innocent customers.plz. change our ac or refund our money otherwise we will take legal action against ur compny and publish in papers against samsung.
we hope for best cooperation and improve ur quality in future
