Samsung — Worst customer service n late response | |||
Hi, We have bought a Samsung fridge recently Not even one year completed. But this is second time we are facing the problem with the fridge. We have made a complaint on April 8. One technician came and said that it takes 3 days to get the part and he will repair it then. From that day to after three days we haven't got any response. We made a call on forth day but customer service executives are not giving proper response . They tell that other person will call u and disconnect.. but there is no call again.... Almost 10 days done but there is no response from them... Complaint number is [protected]... Kindly check with this and solve the problem as soon as possible.... Was this information helpful? | |||
