Samsung — worst quality product service | |||
I had a problem with voice quality of my 15days old smartfone samsung galaxy siii which i boughtfor 37000 Rs. I went to the authorised samsung mobile service centre at sri ram tower , ashok marg ,lucknow,UP,India and they asked me to submit the fone to them at 12pm noon and called me back at 7pm.when i went back at 7pm i saw all my data was erased and fone formatted without prior information and phone was still having the same voice quality problem.when i compained about the same again,they fixed the problem in front of me and that too after making me wait for an hour. And to my surprise the technical department head told me that we need to change the pcb of your phone.i asked how can a pcb go bad in just 15 days,about which i didnt get a proper reply probably because he was not properly trained to attend a problem for galaxy siii. And the worst scenario was that he changed my phone's pcb with a used old phone's pcb.when i complained regarding the same he started arguing that he had used a new pcb which made me very very angry as he was lying.in theend he gavethe worst service anybody could ever give.what i think is thatsamsungonly knows how to sell such expensive mobilefones but they do no know how to take care of the complaints that their customers have.if they do not fix my problem very soon i will never buy a samsung product in future and willescalate this issue even further.
