[Resolved] Samsung — Worst Service Complaint not attended even after 1 month | |||
I first logged the complain on 19.9.2013 for my Samsung refrigerator model no. RT31HCLB1/CTL as it was not working properly (seems to have compressor problem & is under warranty). Everytime I called the customer care they just kept assuring that they are forwarding the complain to the concerned deptt. and even after one month time the problem has not been solved. The complain no. given by Samsung customer care is [protected] (dt. 19.9.2013). So, I just want to get my problem solved and if Samsung is not able to do so even then they should tell frankly so that in future no one come across this sort of problematic product / companies and shall easily switch to the better ones who can provide door step services. If Samsung is not attending the prolem of their warranty period products then what they will do if ones warranty gets over. It seems that they just know to sell their products and not interested to provide any service.
