i agree yr compland reasion i purchage one cel phone samsund d-780 after purchage
next day in taking time set automaticaly off then start manu can reapair at service center its software problem so i go ser..centre but he can not
ually with out talk of/on auto,
we reach dealer of samsung for change the set but he say i have not 2nd pcs now
after we reach service centre but after 30 day he can not reapair in this time we call delhi office no give by service centre, i say kindly change my set i not use totel 15 minuts but not give a good responce or clearly say me not be changed after we take
own mobile from centre or till date not in use,
we thing never purchage any iton of samsung.no service no quality no way of talk by
senior i suggest pur...any brand but not...

I am staying in Mysore and purchased a Samsung Mpower Muzik F219 CDMA mobile handset and I have also been facing some problems with it.
Like, when I store a number in the UIM sim card of my MTS service, the phone suddenly hangs and I cannot make or receive any calls, the phone almost becomes dead and I have to restart the phone again to make it active.
When contacted to the Samsung service center, they say there is no problem with the phone and blame it on the service provider and vice-versa.
So inbetween these two people the customer is suffering.

samsung raaga mobile — not replace the set after replacement certificate issued
respected sir,this is for your kind information & kind co-operation. I bought a samsung raga mobile gsm set, before one year it is on warantee period, but it is not working properly after six months, i send it to authorised service centre, after examination they issue the raplacement certificate. Then I send it for its local distributor within 45 days of replacement certificate issue date. But till date no any mobile given on replacement.
