while I was travelling from Jeddah to Dhaka on July12th 2010. When we landed at Dhaka one of our expensive suitcase went missing. Our flight number was SV802, we made several enquires at Dhaka airport, they said our luggage is still in Jeddah Airport. When we came back to England we made the claim for compensation to Saudi Airline Office in London. I sent them the necessary documents regarding my lost luggage. It is now April 2011 and I still have not got any compenstaion or a reply. I called them several times but I never had the chance to speak with the right department. I think the service was very bad.

I had 03 Passengers tarvelled to gather from Sharura-Riyadh-Delhi on 06th Sep 2010, PNR NO- SV-425FKZ. flight noSV 1885 SHW-RUH, RUH-DEL-SV-754. On arriving at the Delhi airport, out of 8 baggages one baggage was missing.it was Sony Bravia LCD TV 32 inches, Tag no -725176, Complain No- DELSV-14511.
All the necessary formalities were made for the missing baggage as per the guidance given by your staff.After few days latter with detail information was also sent to SYSTEMS BAGGAGE SERVICES, JEDDAH dated 2.11.2010.We contacted at Dellhi airport staff and they gave the file number as follows DEL SV 14511.Untill now there is no response.We are trying to contact your staff in Delhi and Sharura Saudi Arabia.after coming back from vacation I have given all the forms to Sharura Airport Manager also but there is no positive response.Kindly please guide us for further approach'. Pls try to find my luggage or Reimburse the cost of the Luggage as per Saudia Airlines Rules.
