ATM transaction failure : Receive Rs. 500 Short
Dear Sir/Madam
I have lodged following complaint at SBI, Shakti Nagar Branch as well as sent a mail to helpline.lhodel@sbi.co.in and contactcentre@sbi.co.in but nobody is paying any heed to my grievance. You are requested to kindly look into it, if possible please help me in getting my hard earned money of Rs.500/- from SBI.
I would like to inform you that I had made two transactions each of Rs.6500/- each from SBI Laxmi Nagar ATM (ATM ID - S1AN00118703) ON 18th June 2009. Unfortunately in second withdrawals I got only Rs.6000/- from ATM machine (11 notes of 500 and 5 notes of 100) but total 13000/- was debited from my account. Instead of Rs.500/- note I got a yellow paper slip (with SBI Stamp) which are usually used for covering bundles of notes. I have already made a written complaint with photo copy of transaction slip and yellow paper slip to my Branch Manager (SBI Shakti Nagar, Delhi) regarding the same. But nothing is still being done till date while I repeatedly contacted to Shakti Nagar Branch, till now this Rs.500/- have not credited in my account. So it’s my humble request to you to look forward in this matter with your great concern. Also I would like to request SBI management to look seriously in these types of human faults or Fraud so that other customers will not face this in the future. As a customer i had very much beleive in SBI but this time i am very much disappointed. So please try to solve my problem ASAP.I may be saved from mentally harassment because nobody listening me.

But this Trasication not complit but Diduction from my s/b account 2000/.Rs.
However this Transaction was not complete but the amount has been Deducted from my s/b account .

i paid my tata indicom bill online by using my debit card but it was deducted from my account twice same day on 17 nov
again i paid my bill in jan from my debit card again rs 2500 was bdeducted from my account but was not paid to my tata indicom account
i faced this problem twice

I use my atm card on johns player showroom for purchasing some item.There that machine not worked and it was showing a message of decline and the transaction was not proceeded.In the evening i was checked my account and the transaction of 1599 is proceeded. I was told this problem to shpkeeper but he was saying that amount is not proceeded in his HDFC bank account. So, where this money is gone.
May I know HOW MUCH TIME would it require for the rectification of this unknown cyber transaction? I am in urgent need of money.

Today 28.3.10 in the evening I went to HDFC ATM CENTRE Sector 110 NOIDA to get the cash of Rs.500 against my debit(6220181007900035902).After inserting my card I did not get the money.But, surprisingly I got the SMS that Rs.500 has been drawn from my account.
I would requedt you to do the needful so that my money is protected.
