I Subhash Chandra Das am a bonafied pensioner of Govt of Jharkhand which is being disbursed through SBI MAIN BRANCH PAKUR, I have deposited my life certificate in NOVEMBER 2009, but no action was taken till 15th January 2010, on personal enquary at the Br it was learnt that life certificate is required, again it was submitted on 21st January 2010, but the same was happened as earlier upto 15th Feb2010, again the life certificate is submitted on 23rd Feb 2010, and looking forward the action of the competant authority. However, while submitting the life certificate thrice still my Pension is pending.It was observed on 23rd Feb 2010 that requirement was Pinned at the particular site of SBI for onward processing, the reasons for non disbursment of Pension & non submission of L C are better known to the Bank.
I will be highly obliged if you kindly look into this matter and get my pension disbursed including arrears uptodate at the earliest and save me from mental and financial agony.

Dear Sir/Madam,

Could you please assist me as to why people have to struggle to get their pension.
My father has been running to offices since years but there had been no response from their side.
This is my last warning to the concerned department otherwise I'll be left with no other option but to approach the President of india.

Sir/Madam,

With deep sense of hurt and disappointment I beg to submit as under:-

1. That my late husband Sh. Chandan Lal Rajpal had been working in the Defence Deptt. As VMM, CVD, Palam Delhi Cantt. retired on superannuation on 30.4.1986 and subsequently expired on 29.11.1989.

2. That after the death of my husband, I had been regularly drawing the family pension being widow of the deceased employee till 24.09.2004 but after that no family pension has been paid or credited to my above said S.B A/c, the reasons best known to the Bank or concerned authorities.

3. That I have sent numerous representations to the Branch Manager SBI, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110 018 but all have fallen on deaf ears, what to talk of action no body cared to acknowledge as is evident from one of the receipted copy dated 23.11.2008, copy enclosed for ready reference (Marked Annexure-B), but it seems that even then the callous authorities have not woken up to guide or intimate the reasons for non payment.

4. To add insult to injury, I am still running from pillar to post at fag end of life for redressal of my grievance. Although on two / three occasions Bank staff visited for personal verification and told that a week would take to complete the investigation of the matter and every time assured that from next month family pension along with arrear o[censored]npaid pension would be paid/ credited to my above said SB pension account, but till date neither the same has been credited nor any reasons therefore given / communicated.

5. This is a serious violation of Pension Rules. The Bank has no authority whatsoever to withhold the Pension / family pension indefinitely citing case in point, the power of withholding pension in full or part rest with the President of India only and non else.

Prayer:-

In view of the foregoing, it is prayed that:-

i) Get the payment of family pension along with arrears expedited and,

ii) Stern action be taken against erring officials who are responsible for causing mental agony and harassment to the widow (aged 75 years) of deceased employee for about more than five years (i.e. since October, 2004).

iii) Any other relief considered deem fit for the financial loss and injury caused to the undersigned.

Consequent to Cabinet Committee on Anomaly in pension on respect of Armed Forces officers had ruled that the pension arrears thus accruing willbe paid wef 24 Sep 2012. However on representation that since it is a Sixth Pay Commission anomaly it should be payable wef 01 Jan 2006 which has been accepted by the Govt. With reference to my family pension w.e.f. 29.06.2012 after the death of my husband. My Basic Family Pension is Rs 4153/- w.e.f 29.6.2012. My husband late Sh Lajpat Rai Gupta retired as P.G.T(Sanskrit) w.e.f 28.02.1995 from Govt Boys Senior Secondary School, Ranjit Nagar, New Delhi 110008 under the Department of Education, Govt of Delhi. Accordingly to F.no. 38/37/08-P &amp; PW(A) dated 23.01.2013 this scale belongs to S-12, which shows the basic Family Pension of Rs 4887/- is payable w.e.f 24.9.2012 alongwith arrears upto date. Being a widow i am facing financial difficulties &amp; urge your goodself to please look my case personally on an urgent basis.

Dear Sir,
I have already submitted my request to kindly settle the TDS case.In this regard i want to state few lines for ur kind consideration at the earliest & oblige.
1. You are deducting TDS as per requirement w.e.f. April, 2014 to August, 2014.( Total TDS was Rs.7510/=)
2 .Suddenly you have deducted Rs.13205/= from my Pension Salary of September, 2014.
3.Then I have sent my request to correct it & deposit the more TDS deducted to my Ghaziabad branch by Speed Post on[protected].
4.Very sad to say that instead of correcting the mistake, you have again deducted Rs.13205/= from the Pension Salary of October, 2014.
I, therefore, request you to settle the case at the earliest. You have already deducted TAX of Rs.33915/= which is much more i actually have to pay for the FY 2014-15.
Please help me in these days of hardships. I am really in dire need of money. PLEASE DO SOMETHING, I SHALL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED.

SuB: Incorrect Revision of Pension of Ex Servicemen Pre 2006 retirees

Dear Sir,

1. I was enrolled in Indian Air Force on 15.06.1983 and served for 20 Years 16 days in Electrical Fitter Trade (Group X), discharged on 30.06.2003 after completing initial term of engagement.. I was promoted to the rank of JWO on 01.12.2002, served for 07 Months and 16 days after completing regular engagement of service. The Original PPO No 08/14/B/03855/2002 and Corrigendum PPO was also issued for last rank of Junior Warrant Officer, which is unfortunately missing. My Last Unit was Air HQ (RKP), Though I hold last rank for 7 months and got revised pension with corrigendum PPO of my last rank as per the following PCDA Pension Policy, Vol IV:-

Para 43 of Chapter 3 (Page 26):- Condonation of deficiency in service

Where deficiency in length of service qualifying for pension has been condoned the sanction of the competent authority should be seen vide Reg. 125 P.R.A. Part-I (1961). It may be noted that condonation is not permissible to an individual discharged at his own request or who is entitled to special pension under Reg. 164 or on Invalidment with less than 15 years service. Condonation is also not permissible in respect of L.M.C. personnel who are discharged before completion of their engagement vide Army Head Quarters letter No. A/07099/AG/PS 4 (b) dt.20.9.65. Note: - Deficiency in service upto 6 months may be condoned by the competent authority viz. Officer in Charge, Records and beyond six months and upto 12 months by Service HQrs. to make individual eligible for a minimum pension vide GOI, MOD, Nos. A/24055/AG/PS-4(b)/1753/A/D(Pe/Sers) dated 21.05.1986, Order No. 684/DIR(PEN) / 2001 dated 14.08.2001 as clarified vide ID No. even dated 10.09.2002 received under CGDA letter No. 5189/ATP/VCPC/PC dated 03.10.2002 respectively.

and Para 46 of Chapter 3 (Page 27) :- Condonation of Deficiency in Rank Service

It may be noted that condonation of deficiency in rank service upto 3 months is permissible vide Reg. 134, P.R.A. Part-I. The power to condone deficiency has been delegated to OI/C Records.

The pension has been revised as per various Govt circular and same was erroneously revised to Rs 7760 w.e.f.[protected] in place of Rs 8720 as per PCDA circular No -501 dated[protected]Table -18). This amount was applicable from[protected] onwards.

My Father Passed away on 1st of Nov 2015 After wards I have submitted all the necessary document to a correspondent Bank where my father was taking Pension (SBI Shamli ). Afterwards Shamli SBI Bank Sent those Document to head branch
(SBI Chandni Chok Delhi ). After few Days I received a letter from SBI Delhi stated Current PPO (S/010011/1975) they have in which Nominee Name is not Mentioned.


After Investigation i found INDIAN GOVERNMENT issued a Joint Venture PPO in 1990 in which Family Nominee name is mendioned.Afterwards i being to Air Veterans Subroto Park Delhi to get a Joint Venture PPO which they have sent through Post to my correspondent address (AF/JN/230/1990).Afterwards i took that letter went to SBI Chadni Chowk Delhi CPPC department they denied to take that PPO to release the family pension as per Bank (SBI) thats my copy they need a original one or attested copy with officer.


Being to Subroto Park Again (Air Veterans) for issuing duplicate copy said they do not have record of 1975 they have a record after 1985 they said all record before 1985 PCDA Allahabad Handling.

I am so confuse what should I do. please guide me through. Please help me out to come out from this situation.
