My friend deposited me 300rs for two times... i lost my 114rs in that!!! it was an urgency at that time, i totally got stuck. I was opened an acc in SBI before 4 months, within this 4 months i have lost almost 500rs. after 1 month i don't know how much Am gonna lose. sbi this is stealing of peoples blood okay!!
this is not correct iam the sbi customer make sure that please delete the intercity charges otherwise i will change to another bank
This is really bad ... Can't even deposit our money In our account if this is the condition than we don't need any bank ... Bank is for public help not to take money from public as business. change the rule or else no people will come to sbi.unfair even if we can't deposit[protected] in self account.it is charged with 50-100 rs really unfair.
My account is with SBI Erode G H Branch .One of my friends have deposit Rs 300/- to my account from SBI some other Branch on 1st Feb, 2016. But the bank have deducted Rs 25/- from my account as an inter city charges but both banks are SBI itself.

My question is Why you are charging for simple process in same bank transaction.

If it is bank policy then Indirectly you are saying that no one should made a transaction internally is it?
I want refund of that money as soon as possible.
BC MY Rs.2050 deducted from my A/c . I was shocked why did so without informing me . IT WAS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ME .
Very poor customer service.. But your chargink for every translocation except home branch ... Shame on u .. You are going to loos your customer day by day ..
Hello,
I am a PhD student at IIT Roorkee. Recently, a friend of mine deposited Rs. 1000 in my SBI savings account. Rs. 57 had been deducted from my account as intercity charges since he had deposited the amount from a non-home branch. The total thing appeared to me as utter nonsense as he had deposited the amount and the charges were deducted from my account. Provisions should be made that one who is transferring the amount, should be priorly informed that he should bear the extra charge and pay it in addition to the deposited amount. Please address the stupidity and think before you update some of your regulations.
Thanks.
this is to much
this is one type of corporation so please stop this INTER CITY CHARGE
Really very much upset with SBI charges for each and every thing which they issue and even the inter city branches.I use to suggest everyone to open account in SBI but now I never want to suggest the same.Surely, SBI is going to lose it's customers. As early as possible this should be stopped by SBI.This is not at all fair being such a large PSU in India.
It's not a good thing to charge INTER BRANCH FEES for even small amounts like 500 & 1000 from middle class families. If the fees is like that, no one will use SBI bank. If Once it loose the customer satisfaction then no one can make to trust the SBI bank.

Very bad move by SBI. For remitting amount in the same bank at another location, SBI charging "INTER CITY CHARGES" .Then what is the purpose of CORE BANKING SOLUTION?.Definitely SBI will realise the fault in near future due to the falling graph of customer satisfaction.
Today,[protected], I have deposited 2500 Rs in SBI Greater delhi Branch but i have my account in SBI Roorkee Branch, after depositing i found that sbi charged Rs. 57 as a inter city charges and without any information this is too much...This is really bad for such a big bank which has network all over the country... They should reverse the charges for even depositing money in the bank... Not fair ...but i will try for refund for money if they don't refund the money this is shame for any bank and now i will dismissed my account from sbi account.
What is this inter city charges. Whether one deposit in home branch or other branch how does it matter to SBI. The cashier has to collect the money and credit it in the a/c. In a Core banking system it does not matter about which branch of SBI. Pl stop this practice.
