[Resolved]  SBT — Cash loss during ATM withdrawal

Respected Sir
I am working in Indian Railway, Electric Loco Shed, Erode, Thamilnadu. My salary is coming through State Bank of Travencore, Aroor Branch, Alappuzha (District), Kerala.
My Account Number is : [protected]-2
My ATM Card Number is :[protected]
As on 14-05-09 I tried to withdraw Rs 4000 from South Indian Bank ATM counter in Brough Road, Erode in Thamil nadu, throgh my SBT ATM Card. That SIB ATM ID Number is 00230001.
I didn't get the cash and reciept. But Rs 4000 has been deducted from my account. On 15-05-09 I informed the same to SIB Erode Branch. They advised me to submit a complaint to SBT Aroor.On 18-05-09 I submitted a complaint to the Branch Manager SBT Aroor Branch. He said me to wait for 40 days. But I am very sad to inform you that I didn't get the cash yet. Again I informed the Branch Manager about the problem. But I didn't get the sufficient answer from his side.
Please be kindenough to take neccessary action to solve this problem.
