Dear Sir,

Sub: Reversal charges of Card No.[protected]

I would like to bring to your kind attention bill amount of Rs 4587.62 dt 9/12/09 that I have already paid outstanding amount of Rs 4588.00 on date 9/12/08 in respect of the subject card. However, you have debited further amount in the name of late payment & other charges of Rs 603.00 & another payment was due on 9/1/09 Rs 602.71 paid on 20/2/09. My total outstanding was cleared. Since there is still outstanding amount due Rs, 5934 for late fee charge and interest charged by you every month. I would request you to reverse the charges said Card and oblige.
You are further requested to note that the amount now shown as outstanding was unnecessarily debited to my card a/c every month and hence I cant pay so much amount..

Kindly requested to you please revert the charges of the said card and cleared the matter.
