[Resolved]  SCB CREDIT CARD — Collection Person used Abusive language

Sir,

I have been using the above mentioned standard chartered credit card for more than 5 years. I requested the complete statement details, cheque issued and cheque details and payment details a year back. But I didn’t get any response from them. On 8th October 2008, One of the collection person ( Mr. Ahmad) called from his cell[protected].39pm and mentioned that he is from standard chartered bank, legal department and asking for the payment. I asked him to come to my office and again he called by 3.53pm to confirm my office address and came to my office and gave the statement and immediately he asked me about the payment. I asked his ID card and visiting card. He started shouting to me in from my office gate. I told him, if you are showing visiting card or ID card from standard chartered bank then I will give the payment otherwise no. He said you don’t have sense, you have brain and shouted to me. I came inside of my office and he was keeping on calling to my mobile number ([protected]) and my residence number[protected] from that moment. Whenever I am responding to his calls, he used shout and talk to me with high tone with rude voice.

I request you to take action appropriate against the collection agent from standard chartered bank, Bangalore. I am not sure about whether he is from standard chartered bank or from any collection agency.
