[Resolved]  seagate sata hard disk — replacement problem in warranty period

i have bought a 80 gb hard disk of this company from nehru place( name of the shop is Computer empire) in march 2006 and they told me that it has a warranty period of 4.5 years, recently it stop working properly and i contacted at the service centre of seagate ( which is in ashoka building nehru place) and they told me that it will take around 4-5 days roughly. Along with it they gave me an acknowledgment of receiving the hard disc from me and i also get a sms about the same which has a call id.After 4 days they called me up to say that there is some problem about generating some number from the hart disc and it will take some more days. Finally, after trying thier contact number a lot they picked up the phone and said that my call id has been changed but i can now collect the new hard drive which i later on found defective. My address on the new acknowledgment that i receive has also been changed by them along with the call id. Now they are saying to go through all the replacement procedure again which is very cumbersome and there is no surity that this time it wont happen, as told to me.
I have been facing lots of trouble due to their indiffrent and rude attitude and deeply hurted by the kind of pranks they are playing on me.

i 'm using a hard disk of reputed brand "seagate" i have been getting clipping problem and some times not detecting.
i approached twice to seagate servicing center ACCEL FRONTLINE SERVICES LIMITED, HYDERABAD[protected], but they could not clear the problem.
since i am a student of multimidia arts i have to submit my project but i could not submit since my hard disc is under problem it is damaging my precious career,
there fore i request you to take necessary steps as soon as possible to replace the defected hard disc and help me to complete my precious project in time.

I have submitted my hard disk vide call ID No.GSTBFJ[protected]DW on 01 Sep 12, the same was replaced and received back in last week of Sep 12. The replaced hard disk is also defected. and I have again re-submitted for replacement/repair, vide Call IN No. SGTBFJ[protected]DW on 11 Oct 12.

It is requested please look into the matter and take necessary steps as soon as possible to replace the defected hard disc at the earliest please.

As can be seen from the records, this is the 3rd time I'm rejecting the above part. OS (XP) is not installing and stops in the process. When re-installed, only a blue screen appears and again stops.
