[Resolved] Shama Sardar Travels — NO SUPPORT AT ALL -CHEATING | |
I bought a Sleeper Coach bus ticket from Bangalore to Chennai from Shama Sardar Travels website. It is for 15th of Aug'11 and today is 13th of Aug'11. I am unable to cancel the ticket on the website due to some technical error on the website. I have tried contacting them in all possible ways and finally reached the head office number. A lady answered the call and asked me to contact her boss on a number she gave. That number has always been switched off. I tried contacting the headoffice and she keeps disconnecting my calls. Such an unprofessional behavior. I have even sent emails to the support email id given on the website. Have not received any reply. It's quite irritating. The ticket cost is close to Rs. 1000 and I called up the my bank and got to know they have already en-cashed it. I have no way to follow up with them!.. Was this information helpful? | |

is the worst Service Ever, I have made numerous calls to the person([protected]) in Chennai from Bangalore. Also sent multiple mails and SMS with my account details so that they could refund my amount since it was not possible to cancel my ticket. The person has asked me to send the details but never bothered to check or transfer the amount. I am extremely frustrated. My Ticket Number PNR is sstnhva98433372.
It is extremely frustrating. I really regret choosing this travels and I would never ever want to go to a Service Provider who doesn't give importance to the customer once they get their money!.. I want to put a case against them. I have already wasted too much money and time with all the phone calls I made in this regard!...
I sincerely recommend people not to choose Shama Sardhar Travels or book tickets on their website.
