[Resolved]  Shama Sardar Travels — Don't Book tickets in Shama Sardar Travels

I was booked online ticket from Madurai to Chennai on 3rd July with Shama Sardar Travels Volvo A/C Semi Sleeper (2+2). I never seen such kind of worst travels in my life, departure time is 12:45 PM at Madurai periyar bus stand but bus arrived by 2:00 PM. I have booked seat number 29 for 700 Rs but I didn’t see such kind of number in bus. I checked with staffs they told me to adjust and ask me to sit in seat number 19 which is before to the last seat and same time bus is also not a semi sleeper. Already bus was late so we adjust and sat then they put wait the bus again for one hour in maatuthavani bus stand, after we fought with them they taken the bus. From beginning itself AC was not working fine whenever we ask them they told it will work but it was not working. The worst thing is they don’t maintain the quality of bus too, it was raining on that day not only outside and inside the bus also the passengers who are paid 700 rupees doesn’t have a seat to sit in the bus. Everyone stand to protect themselves from the rain water. We called the bus mangers they doesn’t respond us properly. We get down late night in koyambedu. We don’t have time and stamina to fight with bus managers so we left without claiming our bus fare. The reason why I mentioned here is no one can suffer hereafter by booking in shama sardar travels.
