[Resolved]  Sheela Agency, Indane Gas — No delivery of refilled cylinder

I'm Dnyaneshwar, domestic customer of Indane gas (Cust number 105332), residing at bannerghatta Road,
I AM ASSOCIATED WITH :Sheela Agency, JP nagar, 3 rd phase, bangalore for supply of cylinders.There are several complaints about the agency. For booking of new refill cylinder, when I called the agency, the gentleman other side took 15 minutes to answer the call. After that he took some 3 minutes to talk ( bythe time he enjoyed listening me calling hello...hello), Finally by god's grace he booked my request (His name is Shankar, as conveyed to me). He assured me that I will get cylinder by satuday[protected].<br />
when I called the agency on satuday the lady otherside informed me that the delivery boy has left for dispensing refill cylinders.Reminder call in the afternoon received answer that you will get cylinder by 5:30 PM . If you do not get it by the evening give us a call.<br />
I waited till 5:30 PM and called agency once again, the history repeated as of booking request, <br />
Finally the gentleman called shankar, provided me with the number of delivery boy, directed me that that guy is on field call him ( number being [protected], name murthy). When I called that gentleman the guy informed me that stock is over.<br />
Immediatetly, I called shankar, ([protected]), complained about Murthy. Surprisingly He handed over phone to murthy.( he could have done this at the first call only, as Murthy was with him only). Now murthy informed me that I visited your building in the afternoon, but as lift was not working so I came back. I asked him did you informed security guard of building he answered I am not bound to answer. When asked why didn't you call me, he answered I am not bound to do that too.<br />
I had no alternative rather than waiting for next turn.<br />
Height of that is nobody answered my call at indian oil toll free number ([protected]), and bangalore customer cell number[protected]/[protected].<br />
can Indian oil authorities listen, what the gas distributing agencied are doing with customers? Thanks.
