[Resolved]  Sheela Agency, Indane Gas — Non delivery of booking refill - reg.

Dear Sir, My Cust. No. 118831 I have booked refill on 22/11/2014 but so far I have not received the refill. I have contacted personally to the Sheela Agency Indane Distributor at that time they have given reply your door lock because of this your refill could not deliver. You again book the fresh refill. I want to bring your kind notice that this distributor not giving proper reply and how to talk with a lady customer. When I asked to return my booking receipt which is kept with the distributor he failed to do so. He is selling the refill in black to the other persons in high cost because of this genuine customers are suffering. I request to the Indian Oil Authority to take stern action against Sheela Agency, Indane Gas, J.P. Nagar, Bangalore at the earliest to safeguard the genuine customers. Kalpana Qtr.
